Staring Contest

Not sure who won this contest... could have been a draw. I knew Isabella was serious about this when she dropped the pacifier while staring Riley down and didn't cry. She did enjoy the chair Uncle Russ got for her quite a bit.

Just Another Day

Isabella got to spend some quality time with her auntie Kim on Friday. She's very excited to meet Kim's parents at dinner on Tuesday since they'll be driving in all the way from Michigan. Isabella may even have a new outfit to show off. Isabella was so good today. She got some vaccinations which almost caused mommy to pass out but took it like a champ. She even managed to smile and laugh when we got home. Gotta love that smile!

7 Weeks Old

Dancing Girl

If this is a sign of things to come we may be in trouble. Tried out a few songs to see which one Isabella liked more. The Beach Boys were first and there was some movement. The Beatles came second and she really enjoyed "I Wanna Hold Your Hand". Then... Amy Winehouse came on and Isabella went bananas for Rehab.

Camera was lost but has been found

Lost the camera for a few days but we finally found it. Here are some pictures to tide everyone over till we take some new ones.Isabella visted with her Jersey relatives and fell in love with their brand new house. She was very happy to meet her Aunt Lisa and cousin Lauren. Uncle Mike and cousin Jack were hiding from the camera.

Great Grandpa and Isabella

Isabella went on another road trip to visit with the family in Westchester. Great Grandpa Murray was just what the doctor ordered.

Isabella Smiles!

We finally got her smiling on camera! Needless to say - whenever she smiles we get really excited and act stupid to keep her smiling.

And then she falls asleep right after you feed her. Pretty cool bib if I say so myself.

Princess and her Dog

Isabella wore one of the onesies that was made at her baby shower. Of course she's a princess... and her court consists of a dog named Riley (he's the court jester and will soon be the pony).

Can't Take the Heat

Isabella couldn't take the heat so during tummy time she tried to make a break for it. She finally realized she really can't move yet so daddy rescued her.

Happy 4th of July

Isabella got to start her celebrations watching neighborhood fireworks from afar. She followed that up showing off another new outfit.

Grandma Sun Came to Visit

Grandma Sun came to meet Isabella for the first time over the 4th of July weekend. Isabella knew she was going to get lots of attention from her grandma so she decided to fall asleep. Grandma Sun brought lots of gifts from friends back in Michigan - she's getting so spoiled already.

Canada Day 2010

Today is Isabella's first Canada Day. In honor of this day Isabella wore an outfit that Aunt Michele got her. She didn't have it on for long since about an hour later there was a major Pampers disaster. It was not pretty.
